Owner and Chef Rob White had a life long passion to open up a restaurant. On a flight from NY to LA, Chef Rob had a chance encounter with a chef and restaurateur who helped encourage and inspire him to pursue his dream.
With the help of family and friends, just a few short months later, The Chicken Bodega was born.
A straightforward concept, fire grilled chicken with the intention of simplicity made great. Chef Rob created a menu that highlights the chicken in all of its deliciousness. We focus on fresh and simple ingredients with stand out textures and flavors.
